Finding the Right Excavator Bucket to dig in frozen ground, rock or shale

The seasons may change over the year, but that doesn't mean construction activity stops, during the hot humid summer days to the bitter frozen cold of winter, contractors need to make sure they have the right equipment and attachments for any type of job and weather conditions.  With winter fast approaching, we wanted to share with our readers some new information about frost buckets for excavators.  A leading attachments manufacturer, Rockland Manufacturing Company recently introduced their Excavator Frost Bucket.

This bucket has been specifically designed to easily penetrate frozen ground much faster than conventional buckets, fracturing rock as they dig - often turning the broken rock into bedding material, which on many jobs represents a significant savings.  Special features to the Rockland bucket include their unique V-Bottom, which they promote as allowing the operator to reach the proper depth quicker than with a conventional straight cutting edge bucket.   As is true with all Rockland buckets, their excavator buckets are designed to perform and built to last.

So if you are a contractor who lives in the country where snow, ice, frost are the elements of winter, consider the Rockland Frost Bucket as an attachment to help with your jobsite needs.  Want to learn more about Rockland and their product line, visit their website www.rocklandmfg.com.
